How do I cancel my order?Updated 11 days ago

Unfortunately, we are usually unable to cancel your order once it has been placed. Order information is sent directly to the warehouse automatically at the time of purchase. If you notify us of a cancellation request via our contact form immediately after placing an order, we may be able to pass the cancellation instruction to the warehouse in time.  

However, if we cannot cancel the order in time, we recommend waiting for the item to arrive and processing a return via our returns portal.
